Return and Exchange Policy
At Prathiksham, our goal is to ensure you're completely delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we provide a hassle-free return and exchange process to make it right.
1. How to Check if a Product is Returnable or Exchangeable
To find out if a product is eligible for return or exchange, you can check in two places:
On the Product Details Page:
Enter your pincode to see if the item can be returned or exchanged.
At Checkout:
Once you select your shipping address, the return/exchange eligibility information for each product will be displayed.
This way, you’ll have all the information you need to make an informed decision!
2. Return Policy
Eligibility:
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To check if your item is eligible for return, refer to the product details page or the return eligibility at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and certain personalized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To find out if a product is eligible for return or exchange, you can check in two places:
Step 1:
Go to the
My Orders page and select the order you wish to return.
Step 2:
Follow the instructions to arrange for a return pickup. Our team will organize the pickup, and once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC).
Step 3:
Once the item passes QC, we will notify you, and the refund process will begin.
5. Exchange Policy
You can exchange items for a different size, color, or even a completely different product.
If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the QC check.
If the new item costs more, you will be asked to confirm the payment method for the additional amount. Once confirmed, your exchange order will be processed.
8. Return FAQs
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are initiated within 1-2 days of the returned item being delivered to our warehouse. If the refund is credited to your Prathiksham Wallet, it will be processed instantly. For refunds to your original payment method, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
What if I don’t receive my refund?
If you haven't received your refund within the stated time, please contact our
customer support team for assistance.
What should I do if I missed the return window?
If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. However, feel free to reach out to our customer support for any special concerns.
